The Glass
The HS8 model's stair units are separate from the main living areas and include windows to bring in light. The main home sections provide opportunities for large windows and patio door options for fantastic visibility. Choose between one or two walls of glass, operable windows, and sliding or folding doors to create your ideal indoor-outdoor flow. All windows come with LOE 366 for reduced solar heat gain.
Available Upgrades:
- For high exposure windows upgrade to LOE 340 to further reduce solar heat gain.
- Add more operable window options to your configuration.
- Include folding sliding doors to open up to external space.

H-Series models offer a range of customizable finishes to make your home uniquely yours. Select from various millwork colors, flooring options, and finishes. Once your project starts, you’ll receive a with a sample box to guide your final choices.
The HS8 includes extensive millwork to enhance functionality and style throughout the home. In the entryway, a 20” wardrobe is paired with two additional 30” wardrobes for ample storage. Bathrooms are equipped with floating vanities, including 81” double vanities in the ensuite bathrooms and a 24” single vanity in each of the other shared bathrooms. The main floor suite along with Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature two 36” wardrobes, while the upper suite bedroom offers a spacious layout with three 30” wardrobes and two 12” wardrobes. On the second-floor landing, three 26” wardrobes provide additional storage.
