MODERN LIVING IN THE HEART OF THE ROCKIES
Set among the towering pines and dramatic peaks of Kananaskis Country, this HS8 is a bold and expansive mountain retreat. Designed for a family with a love of the outdoors, the home brings together Honomobo’s signature modular aesthetic with the raw beauty of the Alberta wilderness. Delivered and installed with precision, this two-storey home transforms a forested site into a modern sanctuary built for comfort, connection, and year-round living.

The HS8 is Honomobo’s largest model—crafted by stacking two HO3 modules to create a generous 2,240 sq. ft. of living space. This layout includes 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and living area, and a flexible upper-level loft. Floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels flood the interior with natural light and frame uninterrupted views of the surrounding trees and sky. Each space is carefully designed to balance openness with privacy, offering plenty of room for both retreat and gathering.

This Kananaskis build is a striking example of what’s possible when factory-built efficiency meets rugged, remote terrain. Delivered fully finished and craned into place, it minimizes construction impact while maximizing livability. With durable finishes, a high-performance envelope, and thoughtful design throughout, this HS8 reflects a commitment to quality, sustainability, and the power of place.
