Our pricing includes the factory-built modular home complete with all interior and exterior finish packages. The site work, foundation, delivery, crane services, and permit fees are priced separately and vary by project.
Site prep varies by location and includes excavation, grading, utility trenching, and foundation installation. We will work with your General Contractor in assessing your site and outlining the scope of work required on site.

The exterior steel siding is painted with a high-grade abrasion resistant and VOC compliant paint that is UV resistant and extremely durable.

ONLY our MOBO and HonomoBAR are built with containers. We purchase single use, one trip containers. Some may have slight dents in them.
Our assembly is designed as a low slope roof. Our standard spec is 130 PSF snow load. Our roof covering is an Energy Efficient, Cool Roof Rated fully adhered 60 Mil PVC membrane with a 15 year warranty. If you need increased snows in your area, we can accommodate.
Every Honomobo is built with efficiency in mind and built to meet and exceed your local requirements. Utilizing 2lb closed cell polyurethane spray foam insulation, we are able to achieve, as standard, an effective R24 in the walls, effective R38.9 in the ceiling and an optional in-floor insulation upgrade of an effective R24 that is recommended if your home is placed over a non-conditioned foundation.
Yes we can! It may slow down the process as we design the site build portion and your contractor will need to be involved as we finalize the drawings as they will be responsible for building it out.
From design through to permits and completion it typically takes 10-12 months. Permits vary by jurisdiction and can be as quick as 1 month or as long as 6+ months. The quicker you begin the pre-construction phase the sooner you can have your home! It typically only takes us 10-12 weeks to actually build your home.
There are a number of ways to finance a Honomobo: Home Equity Line of Credit, Construction Mortgage, Refinance Plus improvements, Refinance, Purchase Plus Improvements.
