An accent panel of corten steel frames one side of the floor-to-ceiling glass, with the option to leave it unfinished for a natural rust patina or paint it to match your chosen exterior colour. The durable epoxy paint ensures resilience in a variety of climates, keeping your home beautiful and protected for years to come.

The HO3 begins with a pre-engineered envelope and includes mechanical system designed to specification for standard climates. Upgrades may be required to meet specific local energy code regulations or where climate conditions are on either end of the spectrum.

The HO3 includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island, entry storage with a 36” wardrobe, and additional storage throughout. Bedroom wardrobes include two 36” units, each with a white oak desk. The main bathroom feature a 24” floating single vanity and the ensuite bathroom includes an 81” floating double vanity.
