IS THE $2,500 RESERVATION DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

‍Yes, the reservation is refundable less a 10% fee. The $2,500 reservation deposit is in $USD. For our Canadian clients, we will take into account the current exchange rate at the time of deposit.

ONCE I PAY THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT WHAT’S NEXT?

‍Once the reservation deposit is paid, a Honomobo representative will be in touch to confirm shipping rates, logistics and to finalize your exterior color and upgrade selections. From there, a contract will be sent to you to complete the order and pay for the remainder of the unit and shipping.  

DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT FOR MY MOBO?

‍The MOBO is considered a movable structure and is under 100 sqft which generally is exempt from permit requirements.

DO I NEED A FOUNDATION?

The MOBO can be set on a slab, foundation blocks or crushed gravel.

HOW DO I CONNECT MY MOBO TO POWER?

The MOBO comes with 3’ attached exterior cord for you to connect to an extension cord and plug into a dedicated 110v circuit on the exterior of your house.  If you choose the Heating/Cooling upgrade option you will need to have an electrician connect the MOBO to a panel.

HOW DO I UNLOAD THE MOBO?

‍The MOBO is delivered on a flatbed truck to your property. A forklift, zoom boom or crane can be used to unload your MOBO. It will be sitting on 4x4 blocks.

CAN I HAVE HONOMOBO COORDINATE THE LOGISTICS FROM THE FACTORY TO MY BACKYARD?

‍Yes! The cost for HONOMOBO to coordinate is $1,000 and cost + 15%

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

The MOBO comes with a 1 year warranty

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE MOBO?

‍The styling and upgrades are fixed to create a streamlined and predictable process. Once it’s in your backyard, feel free to decorate it to your liking.
